BELOW DECK MEDITERRANEAN 9 p.m. on Bravo. The 154-foot luxury yacht Sirocco sets sail for a second season on the Mediterranean, this one island-hopping off the coast of Croatia. The veteran crew members Hannah and Bobby endure seven new and sometimes unruly shipmates, as well as the occasional rogue client, leaving it up to their new boss, Sandy Yawn — the franchise’s first female captain — to establish some law and order.
